Frequently Asked Questions

Everyone has questions and I have listed some of the common ones below but please feel free to use the Contact page to ask me anything not covered here.
Many of my clients have told me how working with me online means they can fit it into their already busy lives. They also feel safe in their own homes where they can more easily relax.

Also, premises are very expensive, and this cost is passed on to clients. Working online means I can pass these savings on to my clients which allows me to offer free downloads from my site as well as lower cost online sessions.
Yes, 100%. If you read my page about how it works you will see that you remain in control at all times and you cannot be made to do anything you might not wish to.

While being deeply relaxed with hypnotherapy your blood pressure will be lowered, which is great if you have high blood pressure. But if you suffer from very low blood pressure then it is best to check with a doctor first to avoid any issues.
These people are generally selected from the audience and they want their 15 minutes of fame. They choose to participate and fully understand and agree with what is going to happen.

In truth, I do not like the way these acts use such a wonderful tool in these pointless ways but they are there and we must accept that.
Definitely, as long as it is what you truly want. You can use hypnotherapy to reduce your alcohol consumption or stop it entirely.

If you are an alcoholic, then you should always see a health professional first though, since there may be health implications from your drinking that need to be addressed..
When the appointment time comes, you will log on and we will be able to see each other. You can use a computer, laptop, tablet, mobile phone, they all work. You will need to be seated somewhere comfortable where you can deeply relax, and have the room slightly darkened if possible, but not too dark. Ideally you will have ear buds, headphones, or similar so you can hear my voice clearly even of you place your phone down in your lap.

I will then start to talk to you in a special way and help you relax. This can take several minutes. Once you are very relaxed, the hypnotherapy can commence. This is still just me offering suggestions to your conscious mind that you will pass on to your subconscious.

Once the session is concluded, you will return to the room, feeling still very relaxed.
No you can't. Even if something happened to your therapist during a session, your subconscious would soon realise it and return you to your normal self. You could feel disoriented a little since this was not what you expected, but you will completely back to your normal self.
That is possible, but only with your complete agreement. As an example, when people are stopping smoking, I might associate the smell or feel of tobacco with something you absolutely hate. In that way you find that simply picking a cigarette up would cause you to hate it, and you would find it almost impossible to smoke.
