My Travels

Our journey in the wonderful country of Saudi Arabia took us first to Riyadh, then to Jeddah for a couple of days and then on to Al Ula before returning for our last few days to Riyadh. Saudi Arabia is nothing like the western press portray it. The people are welcoming, helpful, kind, generous and honest. It is common to see valuable things like phones and even laptops left unattended on a table at an outside café while their owner goes inside. They are still there on the owner's return - something that is unlikely in the UK I am sad to say.
